Chef Allison Beasman’s culinary journey began nearly twenty years ago in West Palm Beach, where she graduated from culinary school with a deep passion for food and hospitality. As a Tampa native, she always knew she would return to the Bay Area to make a meaningful impact on the local food scene. Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of her upbringing, she strives to create dishes that not only showcase exceptional flavors but also tell a story—one that reflects her experiences, training, and the diverse influences that have shaped her craft.

Throughout her career, Chef Allison has worked alongside some of the most talented chefs in the region, each playing a role in refining her skills and expanding her culinary expertise. These experiences have instilled in her the values of discipline, attention to detail, and, most importantly, creativity. Constantly pushing the boundaries of culinary excellence, she blends classic techniques with innovative concepts to create dishes that are both refined and deeply personal.

Chef Allison is passionate about giving back and has participated in charitable competitions like Fork Fight and Feeding Tampa Bay. These experiences reinforced her belief that food can transform lives, bring people together, and create lasting memories. She finds fulfillment in using her skills to support meaningful causes, foster community connections, and contribute to initiatives that help those in need through the power of food.

A career-defining moment for Chef Allison was preparing courses at the prestigious James Beard House in 2015 alongside her culinary team. This experience deepened her dedication to culinary excellence, challenged her skills, and strengthened her passion for pushing creative boundaries in the kitchen. It served as a reminder of why she chose this path—to continuously refine her craft and share her love for food in meaningful and impactful ways.

Inspired by her grandmother’s cooking, Chef Allison sees food as more than sustenance—it’s a symbol of tradition, unity, and shared experiences. Whether through reimagined family recipes or bold, innovative dishes, she aims to evoke emotion, tell stories, and transport guests through every plate she creates. She is excited to continue growing in her culinary journey, embracing new challenges, and bringing passion and creativity to every dish.

We bring restaurant-quality cuisine to the comfort of your home or private venue, offering fully customizable menus, personalized services, mixologists or sommeliers that will create a bespoke drink selection, and an unforgettable dining experience. Each event includes menu planning, ingredient sourcing, professional preparation, a beautifully presented meal, all designed to create a seamless culinary experience.

Can dietary restrictions and allergies be accommodated for events?

At Pickled Pepper Hospitality, we take pride in our ability to completely customize each guest experience. Chef Allison has created a variety of menus with specific dietary requirements. It is our pleasure to curate an experience designed around a menu that everyone at the table can enjoy.

How many courses do you typically serve and how are they served?
